While we provide nursing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our 7 am to 3 pm shift is the highest staffed because we have two meals during this shift. We well exceed the Illinois State recommendations for staffing. We also employ CNAs, Activity Aides, Rehab Aides, Psycho Social Aides and Unit Care Givers who all assist the nursing staff in caring for our residents.
