Asta Adult Day Care Center is designed to benefit the physical, social and spiritual well being of it clients. We provide personal care and services in a stimulating, supportive, and safe environment. These services provided by Asta are designed for adults who are, to some degree, capable of self-care, but not capable of full independence. Clients benefit from the nursing care and supervision provided during the day, while maintaining home and family residence during the evenings and weekends. We care about your convenience. ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION
Although the adult day center program is primarily for individuals over 60 years of age, those between 18 and 60 will be considered for admission based on their needs. Individuals may apply for admission directly, through a family member, significant other, or physician. Prior to admission, each client must complete an assessment process, which includes physician approval and a home visit by the Adult Day Center Staff.
